Beatrice McNew Germaine, 98, Indianapolis, died November 14, 2007.   Mrs. Germaine was born on March 29, 1909 in Millersville, Indiana to the late Harry adn Lottie (Hiatt) McNew.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her many grandchildren. 

Mrs. Germaine was preceded in death by a son, Billy Wills; daughter, Mary Beard; brothers, Victor, Dan, Lawrence, and Ernie McNew; sister, Virginia McNew; three grandchildren; one great grandchild. 

Survivors include daughter, Phyllis C. Doran of Indianapolis; brother, Melvin McNew of Amo, Indiana; sister, Iris Bennett of Beech Grove, Indiana; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; thirty-one great great grandchildren; one great great great grandchild. 

Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2007, in the Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, with visitation from 10 a.m.  Her great grandson, Rev. Curtis Long, will officiate.  Interment will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.
