Mary Alice Taylor, age 93 of Mooresville, Indiana died May 1, 2007 in Meadow Lakes, Mooresville, Indiana.  She was born July 17, 1913 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Lonzo & Corina Laughlin.

Mrs. Taylor was employed at Bookwater Publishing Company for a number of years and more recently with L. S. Ayres in the credit department.  She was a devoted member of Mars Hill Baptist Church, Indianapolis and was a strong believer in the Lord.  She enjoyed sewing and knitting, but was most looking forward to being reunited with her late husband, Ralph D. Taylor, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son Jim Taylor of Mooresville, Indiana and daughter Judith Ott of New Palestine, Indiana and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Calling will be held from 10:30 A.M.—Noon, Thursday, May 3, 2007 in the Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, Indiana.  Graveside services will be held at Noon, Thursday, May 3, 2007 in Mooresville Cemetery, Mooresville, Indiana.  Memorial contributions may be made to Central Indiana Council on Aging, 4755 Kingsway Drive, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46205.
